ActivAte sessions are running at South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre and Chelmsford Sport and Atheletics Centre throughout the summer. They will be offering a 4 hour activity day between 10am and 2pm, that will include physical activities and enrichment activities where they will try to help children understand different foods and what makes up a good meal.

These clubs are completely free for young people who are eligible for benefits based free school meals, as well as children from working families who

are struggling financially and would benefit from this additional support. Clubs will feature fun physical and enrichment activities, as well as nutrition education.

Plus, each child will receive a tasty, nutritious lunch!

There will be 20 spaces a day for this activity.
