Transition to secondary school
Moving from primary to secondary school can be exciting and scary for many young people and can bring a new set of challenges along the way.
Essex Youth Service can deliver transition programmes that can support young people with this move, focussing on developing social and emotional skills for secondary school. They have also launched a free and interactive activity book for Year 6 pupils. For more information please click here
