Our clinical services can be contacted through our Care Co-ordination Centre.
What is the Care Co-ordination Centre?
The Care Co-Ordination Centre (CCC) provides a single access point into the organisation for all of our service users. The CCC responds to our service users needs and deals with enquiries, prioritising urgent need within a seamless integrated system. The CCC team manages the needs of customers by maintaining standardised processes across all services. This includes:
- Managing the booking, cancellation and re-scheduling of appointments for Provide services
- Managing referrals into Provide services
- Ensuring that the ‘Referral to Treatment’ procedure is adhered to
- Ensuring a seamless flow of information between Provide services and service users
- Providing advice and signposting customers to other appropriate services that may help them.

Media Enquiries
Journalists and media professionals can make enquiries from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm by emailing provide.communications@nullnhs.net.
For enquiries that come in outside of office hours, we will respond promptly on the next working day.
We advise our colleagues, when approached directly by a member of the media, not to answer questions themselves but to refer you to the communications team who will provide our response.
